Still No News Yet

We are still awaiting Judge Collyer’s ruling on our Emergency Motion.  Recent newspaper articles claiming that a ruling has been issued are not correct.  Rumors pertaining to a “deal” having been struck between the government and ASD are also not correct. 

Our volunteer staff has been busy with re-engineering our business and laying the groundwork for ASD to be ready to move forward when the Judge renders a positive decision.  Much has been accomplished “behind the scenes” in this effort.

We are also still reviewing the suggestions that were submitted for the Improvement Contest.  Many good suggestions were submitted and some ideas were implemented just prior to the government shutdown.  We hope to implement many others in the near future.

Thanks again to everyone who continues to show support for ASD, our Staff, and Andy & Faye personally. 

We sincerely covet your support and prayers during this time period.

Update on the U.S. Attorney General Situation

The ASD offices (customer service and accounting) will be open next week, but we will not be answering the phones.  However, there will be a brief recorded message from Andy on our customer service lines.  But be assured, we are here.

Here are some points which were mentioned today on the Q&A call at 12 PM EST (this call takes place every Tuesday and if possible, Andy Bowdoin attends himself to answer your questions.)

• Best way to pay for ad packages:

• Buy your ad packages with certified US check or US money order.  Solid Trust Pay works also very well. Important! Submit in US $ Only and submit with your ASD ID, phone number, email address.

• If you would like to get your personal ASD advertising approved, email your ads or web sites to asdaccountinggt@gmail.com.

• The English ASD site is almost done and once everything is updated ASD will focus on the Spanish site, where some bugs have been detected.

On my note:

ASD will be up and running shortly, the speed has already greatly improved. We are all very anxious to see it in action, we are also very curious about our ad packages and rebates. Will be super! I hear more and more VERY good testimonials. Apparently the membership is now by over 120,000. 1000 plus people are joining daily. ASD is in it’s 20th month and they NEVER anticipates such fast growth.

Good News, we are still getting paid every day! :-))

Posted July 28,2008 ASD Web Application Update

We are well on our way to putting the upgraded ASD system back on line. Like all similar projects the scope of the work expanded dramatically as ASD and Webworld started the implementation. But even though it was a massive undertaking both the Webworld and ASD programmers are completely up to the task. Currently there are a total of 5 top level programmers working non-stop on the project, and most of the loose ends are tied up. The program now sits on a very fast database which is designed to expand almost infinitely. Currently we are towards the end of re-configuring a great deal of computer code that was designed to work with the old database, so that it now works with the new database. Think of it as the software version of having to create all new cables to plug into your new computer, but in this case there are hundreds of them. When this evolution is over ASD members will have a very fast and smooth running original version of the ASD program. As stated previously, Version 2 is in the final planning stages and work will commence shortly. No details about Version 2 are available yet for ASD members, but suffice to say it will be a fully loaded Maserati and very fun to drive! While the site is being upgraded, members will receive full credit for surfing. There is no need at this time to submit support tickets.

Just coming back from a Team Saturday Breakfast call. That’s GREAT NEWS when you hear that EVERYBODY makes money with ASD as long as you participate of course and buy your ad packages. As I wrote before, you can start with $10 or more, it is up to you, You have the freedom to decide how you want to build your ASD business. You are the BOSS! And - another GREAT NEWS, you make money even if you never talked about your ASD biz with anybody or even if you NEVER sponsored anybody into your ASD. Today ASD will be back online. This was reported on last night’s Company Training call.

But they assured, updates on servers and software are all on schedule and it is going well.

Andy thanks everybody for their patients. imagine the growth, we have now over 130,000 members (was member ID 42548 in June).

The rally in Chicago was also very successful with over 4400 attendees.

Another news, because of the growth, members are now allowed to approve their websites for the rotator themselves, please follow the terms though.

Update on the ASD Computer System

Due to the success of the ASD Cash Generator System, we have experienced unprecedented growth over the past several months.

As a result of this growth, the ASD computer department is working with a web development firm who is assisting us in retrofitting our existing ASD Web application along with a new application that will better handle the increasing member traffic. We are all excited about Version 2 that will have Indy 500 processing speed.

Please be patient while this is in progress. During our testing and implementation phases, you could experience times when the system is online and then offline. There is no need to send in support tickets at this time. And as always, members will receive Global Credits for surfing while this evolution is underway.

Is this a good thing? I think so. A bit of inconvenience for the members and all the people who would love to sign up, for sure. So what, we have to wait a bit. But upgrades can only mean improvement. Of speed, of surfing time….

ASD has hired more support stuff and has increased office hours. They are doing all they can to keep up with the tremendous growth.

I tell you, I have tried so many programs in the past and spent lots of money. I would not say that it was lost money, because usually you receive products for your money. The money I spent on advertising and where I had not much results I consider spent on learning and training, thats part of the game. I think what I lost most is TIME. So I have learned to be patient!!

A few days of delay because of upgrade or an overwhelmed support stuff cannot disturb me too much. I have waited so long for an opportunity like that, now that I have found it, I can wait a few days.
